			Here's what the community has to say about Shayla's Aloha Sunday Dave After snorkeling, the pain in my shoulder from an old injury was awful, to the point of nearly making me sick. Shayla was giving free massages on Ulua Beach and my wife persuaded me to give it a go. I could hardly believe the relief I felt in less than 15 minutes! Turned out it was a muscle that was causing the pain and the deep tissue massage worked like magic. Judy I experienced a boogie board accident a few days ago and have not been able to sleep through the night due to the pain. Shayla immediately found the spot and told me the muscles between my ribs, the intercostals, were in spasm. She used trigger point therapy and within a minute the muscle 'gurgled' and let loose. She worked several more sore spots in this manner and they all released. The pain was gone and I was able to sit up straighter than I have since the accident! She instructed me how to work on myself if it acted up again and kept me from sleep. Absolutely amazing! Carrol I have had pain and nerve damage in my lower leg.
